Step 1: HFSS Simulation Test (2-3 weeks )

HFSS (High Frequency Structure Simulator) is a powerful electromagnetic simulation software used for antenna design. On average, it takes hardware suppliers 2-5 working days to prepare and machine element materials, such as brass or copper. This time frame includes the domestic shipping time as well.

Step 4: Prototype testing (1-2 days)

The antenna prototype is tested in an anechoic chamber to measure and analyze the electromagnetic radiation pattern. Engineer can accurately measure and analyze the antenna’s performance, identify any design flaws, and optimize the antenna’s radiation characteristics for specific applications.

Step 5: Shipping to the USA(4-5 days)
